While we were hiking, we saw distinct tracks of two wolves traveling together. They were fairly fresh tracks, made within the day or so, after the last heavy rain. We could see that one wolf was noticeably smaller than the other.
I don't know if dogs are even allowed in the park, but regardless, it would be quite a logistical feat to get a dog out there given the need to use public transportation, so I figure that it's highly unlikely these were dog tracks.
